Time to Migrate!

Change is in the air this week for the Pioneer Library System. Your patience is requested as we switch to a new way of serving our patrons. It may feel like we are running at half-speed for a few days as you will not be able to log-in to your online account or place holds. Starting Thurs. 10/7 we will return to full service. Thanks for understanding while we work out the kinks!

WWII POW Exhibit at the Library

Did you know that the current camp on the corner of Rt. 21 and Walworth Rd. used to be a WWII prisoner of war camp?

Housed in a bus made into a mobile museum with a 21-seat theater,

HELD ON THE HOMEFRONT

illustrates this unknown story through narrative texts, artifacts & media.

Stop by the Library on Friday, October 22, 10:00 AM-1:00 PM to visit this history "bus-eum."

A Change Will Do Us Good

On October 7, 2010 a new OWWL catalog will take flight powered by Evergreen.

Due to the changeover, you will be unable to place holds and access library card account information from 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 3 until the launch on Thursday, October 7.
